聖句を瞑想しながら走り、形態を導き出す「ランフォルム」と呼んでる私の試みの一作目。白馬国際クラシック2024で紙と鉛筆を持ち、50キロを7時間で走った。
中間あたりで水車に出会った。山の恵みである沢水の流れから人里で使うエネルギーを生成している様を見て、私は第一の掟を胸に刻んで生きることの表現を見た気がした。

The first of my attempts in “Run Forms”, a personal experiment with meditating on The Word while running. This piece was inspired with forms I found by running Hakuba Classic International 2024, a 50km trail race, in 7hrs with a piece of paper and a graphite pencil. 
Around the middle of the race I came across a water wheel. To me the water flowing from the mountains, being converted to energy for man to use, was a  poetic expression of using the Love of God for better living.
